Winter is knocking on the Door

Why is it that this time of year brings out in me a mixture of joy and sadness? Joy at the harvest which I now get to enjoy. Joy at thoughts from the past year. Jokes laughs and often time plain hard work that made a dream come true.
The sadness in remembering loves and friends past on. The cold days. Thoughts of things left undone. It seems that this is the time of the year when most of us could use the most passion. Do not get me wroung, lust- sex is good. It does have its place the quickie or the quick public sex act. Even the just do it all night long and burn the sheets does not seem the cure. This has always seemed the time of year for cuddling, sleeping naked together and long slow sex.
Perhaps it is the lessions of my faith. This is the time of rest and renewal. Perhaps the short days and long nights cause it. I think a bit of both are at work here.

indeed! Just came home from a delightful party. Feel tan rested and ready for tomarrow. Do not about anyone else but it seems as if I can feel the growth all around me. That energy that drives us. Part of that release comes in planting and working. Part comes in dreaming. and part comes out as sexual release. At least I got to all three this week.

Well here I sit tried but happy. Spent yesterday evening talking to a couple of like minded people. We went from religion to sex to personal beliefs back and forth between topics. Was great to talk to like minds. I even got some homework to do! lol. Thats been awhile since that happened.

Hoping no one drives drunk today. To all my Irish friends have a great day. Got thinking about about one of my favorite Irish things. No not beer the Germans invented that. Real redheads. Yup 1oo% real. Seems like so many today are out of a bottle. Is it me or do redheads have a certain smell and do their nipples pucker a certain way when you get them excited? All I know is that its ALL GOOD. I raise my glass to you and hope you all find a redhead in your bed.

I know its still cold, but we just had our first Tornado warning of the year! That means spring is here. I AM trying to look at the bright side here. I do not about anyone else but the longer days and first shot of warm weather always seems to crank up the old hormones. I just missed a great party. Looking forward to hearing from some of you.
