Well,
I have been on AF for a number of . I keep coming back since it has pros and cons. I have met quite a few different people on here, only stayed around with those that were not a flake and/or were actually interested in meeting.
Sane professional guy, looking to see what is out there and finding a lot of different people. Not interested in ing games, if we connect here, let's actually meet and see what it takes us.

42nd Month - Meet and Greet

This month is going back to a previous post. Meet and Greet is needed to make sure that you are compatible before you launch. The one time experiences here have been worth it, but when you have a steady engagement, it is a lot better!! I am not talking about meeting every week, but somebody that you can get to know what they like and what they don;t like.
One characteristic that bugs me (a lot), is those people that make an appointment and then back out at the last minute. As a married man, you have to plan these things and then expect to at least meet the person. If you hit things off, then you can go from meet and greet to greatness in the same meeting, but you have to spend the time on meeting them.
For those that are just playing, JUST SAY IT. You are playing and not going to meet - just say it, there are a lot on here that want to.
I am one that will meet you if I say that I will meet you!!!!

The 40th month finds me in New York City. This city has so much culture and some many varieties of people that it is hard to describe. Go one block and you will find different cultures and different lifestyles. FriendFinder-x doesn't have a lot of people here, but the ones that you find are looking for that extra experience, which a traveler can provide.
I was lucky in finding somebody that allowed me to tag along to a party and found many people to talk with and see what there thoughts are on life. It is not all about the sex, but about the experiences that one finds with the people that you are with.
Sorry, got a little philosophical there. But, I enjoy being with people and they enjoy being with me.

I have gotten really comfortable on the site and met quite a few people that are fun to party with. Sex maybe the goal, but can get boring if you don't enjoy the path to get there.
If you are one minded, you will have life pass you by and not enjoy the other wonderful aspects. People here have the final goal, but getting there is more than half of the fun.

I have been on FriendFinder-x for three years now and chat is still one instrument that I continues to amaze me. You can attempt to chat with somebody for days and then they notice you.... you interact and find out that they did not receive any of your previous attempts.
I think that I have narrowed this down to how you engage with chat. If you go through mobile, you will save the chat on your phone. If you go on a computer, it is not saved. Neither will guarantee that they will get your chat request, BUT on mobile, you will be able to tell if they are attempting to respond. On the computer, you do not see any ... image telling you that they are responding, you just get a response. This may be because of my browser, but it may not be.
Summary - keep trying to engage until they say "yes" or "leave me alone". If "yes" then Friend them so that you can engage in the future. You deserve some sort of response.

Made it to Hawaii for the Holidays. There are people here that enjoy FriendFinder-x companionship. In fact, those that engage with you on CHAT and email will seek you out since the number of people on each island is fairly small.
Those that I connected with know each other. They are like brother and sister OR lovers. Brother and sister since they know each other, but do not necessarily want to meet or get together, but have chatted. Lovers when they connect and have something on-going.
Each island has its peculiarities and personality. Enjoy if you come, but set stuff up before you come. They have lives also and can play, just like you. Instant gratification doesn't work!!

A new odyssey to explore. Found a couple of girls on here.
#1 - She is sexually active and can't get enough. I have not physically connected with her since I have been on travel. BUT, I had never done the sexting before. Very erotic and I would do it again with her when we both have the time.
#2 - She is in need of a full time man. She knows that I am married, but she needs help on a regular basis and I can fulfill her needs financially. She would be somebody that I would like to connect with, but I can't allocate enough time for her. She is good looking and a good women, but ....

I have been here for 3 years and have found some really incredible people. They have found there sensuality and know what they want. Don't give up on a few people that are out to mess with you and ask for $$. There are a lot of decent types also.

34th Month - Travel is Grand - Lubbock

I went to Lubbock Texas for the weekend. Hang out and see friends. I took about an hour of IM on my phone and found several opportuniites in town.
I have a summary for Lubbock:
Lubbock is so far out and those that are on FriendFinder-x are FUN! They circles are not big, but many know each other and are very good with chat!

FriendFinder-x runs hot and cold when it comes to travel. My last trip to Palmdale resulted in meeting a wonderful girl that was looking to marry somebody. She will find her man, she was way to sweet to take advantage of. I do have a heart and soul.
BUT, if you saw an earlier blog post. You know that Palmdale runs hot and cold. If you are from Palmdale (or Lancaster), send me a note. I would be interested in just spending some time with somebody when I am out there. I can always find somebody, but FriendFinder-x friends tend to be a little more on the wild side and have stories that they like to tell. I like to listen and then provide some of my stores that complement their stories. It builds a relationship that can be endearing.
After you get past that, things tend to go well for both people. Depending on the person, I would visit again... Assuming that they want to see me again. Some relationships are meant for one night, while others are an excellent setup for another rendezvous.
Do you have the same type of situation when you travel? What is the wildest place that you have been to? Blog it!!

I was on Company Travel to Palmdale California for two weeks. I had business associates, but even they can get old for dinner every night. Then the weekend, I had to escape. So, I tried a proximity search in Palmdale and found quite a few people that wanted to get together. I couldn't hook up with

I had a couple others that I could not hook up with. Not sure if I want to comment because we never interacted.
I ended up finding somebody in a bar. Went well, got her number and will revisit when I come back.
