WHERE DO WE MEET IN MARYLAND (ALL MID-ATLANTIC AREA) For the sole purpose of our social events we have a private property that we use for the sole purpose of facilitating and organizing our events. The property venue is an On Premise, private upscale venue that has been specifically fitted, customized and designed to accommodate our association and social event needs. The Private facility boasts nearly 3,000sq ft, and has lots of room and rooms to explore and have fun. The atmosphere that we have established is a very lounging, comfortable, cozy, relaxing, safe, fun and social environment. While it is not a nightclub or dance club atmosphere we have great house music and full featured adult films playing throughout the venue for everyone’s enjoyment. There are 4 different large cozy and comfortable social lounge areas. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, which has been converted into a full self-service beverage area with self-service amenities as well as smaller wet and hospitality stations throughout the venue. There are numerous play areas and themed play areas to explore, including a very large Themed Roman Orgy Suite; a Male/Female couples only suite, and 1 private suite to name a few. The venue has a total of 5 different play areas and 1 private room. There is a formal registration and hospitality desk and all of our events are staffed by security peral and there is plenty of parking available in designated areas. The venue is located about 20 minutes North of Baltimore City just off Hwy 95. The venue is easily accessible from the Baltimore beltway, DE, NY, PA, MD, VA, DC. THE EVENT: Upon your arrival we provided a formal registration and hospitality desk, which is usually hosted by a host couple. Upon arrival a security guard will ask you for your confirmation number and direct you to the hospitality desk. Upon check in guest are given a nametag and a tour of the venue and assistance with the storing of any peral items. All nametags are colored coded to let other guests know if you are new to the event and we assure you the best in smiles, friendliness and hospitality, the event is not a strip and get busy event we have a great social prior to play time. There are several social and play areas, separated with hospitality such as various soft drinks, (Coke and Pepsi products) dry snacks and appetizers, finger foods, cheese and crackers, deli trays etc. Alcohol or mixers are not provided you need to bring your own, all of our events are BYOB. The venue has plenty of refrigeration. The food and beverage that is provided is great and plentiful and more than enough for everyone several times, however it is not a dinner buffet or sit down meal. We are not heavy drinkers, if you feel you need to get drunk before you engage socially or otherwise then you would not fit into our socials at all. No Photographic Equipment is ever allowed, no questions. Our events are not Female Gang Bangs or a totally Bisexual Female Party, or a Totally Male Bisexual Party, It’s a lifestyle swing and swap social with a Twist that is totally free for you to express and be yourself to engage in such bisexual, bi-curious or Heterosexual flexible activities. Not all couples are in One Big Pile of Flesh in the playrooms. Well not all the time??? There are many small groups, large groups and, couples to couple play groups, couple to male & couple to female play groups. My Ideal Person HOW MANY GUESTS ATTEND AND WHAT IS THE MALE TO FEMALE RATIO:
The maximum number of guests that we can accommodate for one given event is 125 to 130 people, which usually consist of about 48 to 50 or so couples and the rest selective single females and very select single males. The events are always sold out and always full to capacity and we always try to accommodate guests with a waiting list. Reservations for the event go really fast it is highly suggested that you get your reservation in as soon as you receive an invite. We do our utmost to try and not discriminate against single males. This is not to say that we open the gate and let every wild bull in the barn, we do have a limit on single males and singles in general. Along with our membership contract, we have an excellent screening process in place and we plan on keeping it that way. There is a very HEALTHY mix of couples, females & males, your desires and fantasies will not go unfulfilled. Couples will always have priority over singles and in such cases volunteer cancellations will be asked for from any single male and female included. For the Baltimore Mid-Atlantic program we have couples come from all over the Mid-Atlantic region, MD, PA, VA, DC, DE, NJ, NYC, WV and we even have guests who make a weekend holiday and fly in to attend as far away as Boston and Florida.

SOCIAL MEET & GREET:
For the curious and wondering at heart we always provide a mini Meet & Greet session prior to Play Time. All attending guests are required to arrive the venue between 8:30 PM & 9:30PM, a 2-hour social meet and greet is provided for selected guests between the hours of 8:30PM and 10:30PM. After 10:30PM you are welcomed to stay the evening and partake in the festivities or you may feel free to leave and attend another time. So put on your smile, dress and look you’re best and come and say hi. You will be happy you did.

MEMBERSHIP:
In support of our anonymity policy and to protect the privacy of our members and what goes on within our association, we are a "private membership association" and are closed to the public. Contingent upon interview, the memberships are available to all over the age of 21 years of age and who meet the qualifications of the organization. Implementing required membership keeps us closed to the public and private. It also helps us maintain the quality and sophistication many have come to expect and enjoy.

We are a formal Private Membership Organization, and you MUST read, sign and fill out our membership contract before you attend any social. There are no exceptions to this rule! Our membership contract is a legal document that is designed to inform and protect you as well as our Association. Once you have a confirmed reservation for a social we will forward the membership contract to you prior to the social. All signed membership contracts will remain in effect until the member provides a written cancellation.

REFERENCES:
References are available upon request to guests traveling in from out of state. There are several testimonials listed on several of our swing profiles. Once you have been verified and certified as real and sincere we would be happy upon request to provide a selected member that attends our socials on a regular basis. The reference is at the sole choice and discretion of our currant members and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request for a reference. This policy only applies to out of State guests.

ATTENDEE GUEST LIST PREVIEW:
Protecting the discretion of our guests is a first priority for us and we are bound by written contract to do so. Our membership contract also binds you to privacy as well. While our market research indicates that a large majority of swinger profiles that are listed as straight are actually bisexual or curious to a major degree, we are finding more and more that couples and singles are finding boredom in clubs and venues where they cannot openly relax and express themselves freely. We manage and facilitate our socials in much like the format one would see at an on-premise swing club. Our membership contract is a document that contains many rules and regulations of the association that all members as well as new abide by, the below is only a sample. We run a very tight and safe ship; there are No Pushy people, No Aggressive or Overbearing people at all at our events.

1)No always means NO and you are only told once.
2)Condoms are a must when swapping with a guy or girl, or other couple, and Condoms are enforced. If you are caught having intercourse without a condom with anyone other than a spouse that you are with, you will be asked to leave. This rule is a demand not a request.
3)No Photographic Equipment is allowed by guests, no questions asked, if you are caught with any photographic equipment including cells phones our security personal will remove you from the property. If you are interested in a private behind closed doors photo shot this must be arranged prior, approved and cleared 3 days before the event, we do have professional photographers and they will be happy to shoot you and provide you with a CD or Smart Cards on site.
4)No Illegal drugs of any kind is ever allowed on site, all new members are told. “If you bring any illegal Rx into the venue we will detain you and you will be arrested”.
5) At no time at all do you have to strip or do anything at all that you are uncomfortable with. If you feel that you are not fitting in then quietly leave but please speak with the host prior.

Question? Why are “We / I” required to submit a photo and do a phone interview?
Answer: We want to make sure that you have fully read our media material and that you fully understand what you are getting involved in. We also want to make sure that you have the proper social skills involved in navigating throughout a social event of this nature. We also want to make sure that you would be comfortable with our social format and we want to answer any questions that you may have about the events. We ask for a non-nude photo basically as an additional step to verify that you are sincere and interested in the events. It is not for beauty purposes and as long as you meet the basic criteria requirements as outlined in the “WHAT CANDIDATES ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR PRIVATE ASSOCIATION” section above, we are sure that you will pass with flying colors. The phone interview is one time and one time only and we are bound by contract not to give out any personal information to others.

Question? Is Participation of any adult activities required of my spouse or myself?
Answer: Absolutely not at all, not under any circumstances! While, we don’t really cater to voyeurs there are separate social areas that are away from nudity and the play areas. While our socials are exciting and they do get really fun and wild, hint, hint, hint, it is also a great venue to meet and connect with other like-minded couples and select singles. We do have many TV’s in all the social areas and adult videos are in constant play at all times. So if adult video content makes you uncomfortable or uneasy then we may not be the right venue for you.

Question? My Spouse and I have been swinging for a while and we are curious about being involved in a Bi-Sexual / Bi-Curious Situation. What can we expect in a Bi-sexual / Bi-Curious environment?
Answer: A lot of couples ask this question and what we can tell you is what you won’t see or experience. The event is not split meaning men on one side and women on the other. That question is asked often and it doesn’t work that way and you are not going to see a group of men making out, kissing and going down on each other etc. In addition you are not going to see a large group of women piled up with a bunch of guys just sitting back cheering and watching either. If you have had the opportunity to visit an on premise Swing Club the situation is the same the only difference is that if you choose to participate and discuss bisexuality you are totally free to do so everyone there is there for the same reason. The vast majority of play that takes place does tend to be between the males and females with a fun twist so to speak. This issue is also discussed with you during your phone interview process.

Question? How do we make a reservation?
Answer: Once you have completed the interview process simply let us know that you want to attend an event and we will send you a confirmation number for the event along with all the necessary paper work.

Question? Are people allowed to take photos?
Answer: NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Your membership contract forbids any taking of photos.
Question? Do you have single males members and do they attend the socials?
Answer: Yes we have single male members, and yes we do have a very limited amount of single males who attend. Just because we are Bisexually Oriented does not mean that we cater to single males or that we allow every single male who applies with a membership. We are a couples oriented association and we plan on keeping it that way. The single males who are members and attend the socials are gentleman in every aspect. We do from time to time have very special social specifically for Bi-Men. One social we do from time to time is a Bi-Mens Poker Night.

Question? We are traveling in from out of state, are there hotel accommodations?
Answer: Yes, located a very short distance from the venue are nice and very clean hotel accommodations. As part of the hospitality we take a block of rooms and we have a specially negotiated room rate for members of our Association. The hotel is part of the Hilton Family and if you require over-night accommodations please advise so when you make your social reservation and we will handle all the logistics for you.
