Eat To Live, Don't Live To Eat

Studies show that most of us eat out of emotion instead of hunger. Keep a food<b> journal </font></b>for 2 weeks and write down what you eat, but also rate your scale of actual hunger from 1 to 10 (1 being starved and 10 being uncomfortably full). Ideally you'd only eat when you're slightly hungry (about a 4) and never feel more than pleasantly full (about a 6).
